The group has already built over 4 Lakhs sq.ft. and has a pipeline of over 3 million sq.ft. of redevelopment projects across the western suburbs in Mumbai: Khar, Andheri, Jogeshwari and Goregaon, through JVs or independently. The group also has a second home project in Pawna (near Lonavala), off the Mumbai-Pune Expressway.

The Avant Group was incorporated in 2010 by Mr. Sudeep Saha, an IIM Ahmedabad alumni (2003) with Bachelors in Marine Engineering from MERI (1999) and a CFA charter holder from the CFA Institute, USA.
Mr Saha is a recipient of prestigious awards:
Times Power Man & CNN IBN Award.
As the Founder & Chairman of Avant Group, Mr. Sudeep Saha drives the brand promise of delivering Best-In-Class Design, Affordable Luxury, World-Class Quality and Timely Delivery.
Previously Mr. Sudeep Saha was Vice President - Investments for India Property Fund - a $315 Million Offshore Real Estate Fund managed by Vornado Realty Trust, USA and The Chatterjee Group.
