1. Booking & Payment


Offer amount: ₹10,000 (refundable)

First-come-first-served basis: Online selection is subjected to availability of the inventory

Online transfer/cheque/DD accepted

GST & taxes extra as applicable

The unit/flat will be blocked for 48 hours OR 2 days post payment confirmation.

In case of online booking, the reservation will be made for 48 hours OR 2 days only. Post which the blocked apartment will be released for sale.

Incase the customer does not show up or is not communicable post 48 hours we shall send across

email stating for refund.

Customer to share the bank account details for refund process.

45 days refund processing time.

Offer will be valid till 31/03/2025 OR till available inventory of flats. Whichever earlier

This offer is non-transferable

In- case of cancellation, all the offer booking benefits/special offers will be withdrawn even if they rebook.

The Applicant/s confirms that while submitting this Offer form, the Applicant/s has complied with all the applicable laws including those pertaining to source of funds used for this offer.

The Applicant/s has/have gone through all the details of the Project including the declarations uploaded on the MAHARERA website, https://maharera.mahaonline.gov.in

The promoter has registered the project based on sanctioned plan and is in the process of amending the same. The current offer is based on the proposed plan.

Under no circumstances, the Applicant/s shall be allowed to change the source of this offer during the transaction. The details of the source as mentioned in this offer form or the Site Visit Form shall be final once

The Offer forms and the terms hereof shall supersede all the prior discussions and correspondences

(written/otherwise) between the Applicant/s and the Promoter.

No third-party payments shall be accepted.

Except for what is stated hereinabove, this offer does not create any right in favour of the Applicant/s in respect to the Project or any part thereof.

The Applicant/s has/have read and understood the terms and conditions of this offer for priority booking

request to buy an apartment/residential flat in the Project “Avant heritage-IV and Avant Heritage-

2. Furnishing Package & White Goods


Package non-transferable/non-exchangeable

Specifications indicative; equivalent alternatives may be provided

Warranties as per manufacturer terms & conditions

Post-handover maintenance by owner

Cash discount in lieu of fully furnished offer is at the discretion of the Avant Infra

Customization subject to additional charges post developer approval


3. Installation & Support


Installation of Furnishing package & White goods within 60 days of possession

Pre-delivery inspection mandatory by the customer

Post-warranty AMC available on chargeable basis directly with the manufacturer


4. General Terms


Developer reserves right of final allotment

In case the applicant fails to choose their desired units, the developer reserves the right to allocate unit as per availability on their behalf.

The company reserves the right to accept or reject this offer at its sole discretion without assigning any reason for the same

3. WARRANTIES AND GUARANTEES 3.1 The Developer warrants that:


All furniture and fixtures are new and unused

Items are free from manufacturing defects

Warranties are transferable to the Purchaser

Original warranty cards will be provided

4. INSTALLATION AND HANDOVER 4.1 The Developer shall:

5. MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT 5.1 During Warranty Period:


Periodical maintenance checks to be done by the owner

24/7 support helpline

Replacement of defective items if applicable


6. TERMS AND CONDITIONS 6.1 The Purchaser agrees that:


No alterations without prior written permission

Regular maintenance is mandatory as per the guidelines

Damage due to misuse shall not be covered


7. EXCLUSIONS The following are not covered:


Normal wear and tear of the white goods

Damage due to misuse of the white goods

Unauthorized modifications done with the white goods

Natural disasters


8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION


Amicable settlement through negotiation

Arbitration as per Indian law

Mumbai jurisdiction


9. FORCE MAJEURE Standard force majeure conditions apply for:


Natural disasters

Government regulations

Supply chain disruptions

Other unforeseen circumstances
