1. Campaign Validity
This offer is valid only for customers who book an apartment of 648 Sq Ft 2 BHK at Avant Heritage - V through the Magicbricks portal between 1st January 2025 and 31st January 2025. The offer will not be applicable for bookings made outside this period.
2. Offer Inclusions
Eligible customers who pay the registration amount for Avant Heritage - V through Magicbricks will receive the following electronic items:

The products provided under this offer will be of a brand chosen solely at the discretion of Avant Infra. The customer does not have the option to choose or request alternate brands or models. The voucher cannot be returned in case of cancellation in lieu of waiving the cancellation fee of 1.5 lacs
4. Maximum Value of Goods
The maximum combined value of the products provided under this offer will not exceed INR 1.5 lakhs.
5. Exclusivity

6. Warranty and Liability
Avant Infra will not be liable for the quality, performance, or warranty of the products provided under this offer. Any issues related to product defects or performance must be addressed directly with the respective product manufacturer or service provider, as applicable.
7. Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation of the apartment booking, this offer becomes automatically void. Avant Infra reserves the right to deduct the value of the goods provided under this offer, up to INR 1.5 lakhs, as part of the cancellation charges.
8. Delivery of Goods
The electronic items under this offer will be provided to the customer only after full payment of the registration amount.
9. Modification or Termination of Offer
Avant Infra reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice. However, customers who have already availed the offer prior to such modification or termination will not be affected.
10. Legal Compliance
This offer is subject to all applicable Indian laws and regulations.
11. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution
All disputes arising out of or in connection with this campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India. Disputes, if any, will be addressed to the appropriate legal authority or institution, including but not limited to RERA or consumer redressal forums, as applicable.
12. Misrepresentation or Fraud
Avant Infra reserves the right to withdraw this offer in case of any misrepresentation, fraud, or non-compliance with these terms and conditions by the customer.
13. Disclaimers
The products provided under this offer are promotional in nature and do not form part of the sale consideration of the apartment. Avant Infra will not entertain requests for cash equivalents or product substitutions under this offer.
14. Customer Acknowledgment
By availing of this offer, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions. Any violation of the stated terms and conditions will result in forfeiture of the benefits under this campaign.
